Following comment was published by one of our readers on the comments of an article “Procedure after Expiry of Exit Re-Entry Visa”. Purpose of publishing this comment here separately is to educate our reader to not to go on exit re-entry visa with the intention of its expiry. You will be facing a hell of problems while coming back to Saudi Arabia if you get a better offer from Saudi Arabia again. In the following case, his visa was processed from the Saudi Embassy in his country but still he was detained at the immigration.

“I need some clarification. My Friend has come on exit reentry visa on Nov-2010 and he did not return back to Saudi Arabia. Now he has got an offer and processed visa to Saudi Arabia. He left from Indian on 06th May 2014. At the Dammam Airport, the authorities told him that "you are banned for 10 years as your previous employer filled a compliant and still you have 7 years ban.

He had no any criminal activities and only the problem he did not go back while came on exit re-entry. What is the maximum period of ban for these activities? Now the Airport personnel are preparing to send back him to India.

While stamping visa in Saudi Embassy Mumbai, there was no any problem and they stamped visa then why it is happening at the Airport.”
