What happens if diagnosed with AIDS or Hepatitis in Saudi Arabia?

I had this curiosity in my mind that God forbids, if I am detected with HIV AIDS or Hepatitis or any other sexually transmitted disease (STDs) while living in Saudi Arabia, what will the authorities do with me? Will I be deported or allowed to stay in Saudi Arabia? Finally I have found some information in this regard. Before going into details, I want to highlight the steps taken by the Saudi government to protect their country from STDs.

What happens if diagnosed with AIDS or Hepatitis in Native Country?
Saudi Government has strengthened their controls over transmitted diseases in Saudi Arabia. As a result of this, Saudi Arabia is one of those countries where HIV AIDS and Hepatitis is very low. As part of their efforts to control the STDs, Saudi government has made it essential to each and every person who wants to come to Saudi Arabia on permanent basis to appear in a medical test. In this medical test, among many diseases, they check for HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis. This is just to make sure that the employee or the family of the employee intending to visit Saudi Arabia is free from STDs. This is how they make sure that person with diseases does not cross Saudi borders. If someone is detected with STDs at this point of time, he is not allowed to enter to Saudi Arabia.

What happens if diagnosed with AIDS or Hepatitis in in Saudi Arabia before First Iqama
After coming to Saudi Arabia from your native country, you will have to go through a medical test again. This medical test is required to apply for first iqama in Saudi Arabia. Saudi government tests the STDs again in this medical test. If someone is detected with STDs at this level, he is deported from Saudi Arabia. Saudi Government will not make his first iqama and there are chances that he may have to face some ban as well. Saudi government may consider that the person has falsified the medical test report generated from his native country and impose some ban upon him as punishments.

What happens if diagnosed with AIDS or Hepatitis after settling down in Saudi Arabia?
Some ten years ago if someone used to be detected with HIV, AIDS or Hepatitis or any other STDs, even after settling down in Saudi Arabia for a long time, he used to be detained and deported. However, condition has changed now. God forbids, if anyone is detected with STDs now, he does not have to leave the holy land of Saudi Arabia. Saudi Government allows him to get his treatment on the land of Saudi Arabia because when he came from his country he was STD free. He got infected with STD here in Saudi Arabia so he has every right to get treated here. Each and every resident of Saudi Arabia is insured now so cost of treatment will be borne by the Insurance companies.
